Refund Policy
At Inningly, we aim to provide clear and transparent payment practices for all products and services we offer. This policy explains how refunds are handled for both Team Upgrades and Coach Subscriptions.
Team Upgrades (Free → Paid)
Upgrading a team from Free to Paid is a one-time payment for a single season. This upgrade is strictly team-specific and does not require a paid coach subscription.
- Because full access to paid team features is granted immediately, refunds are generally not available once the upgrade is processed.
- Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate payments or documented technical issues, provided the refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your team name, account email, and payment reference.
- All refund decisions are at Inningly’s discretion and may be subject to standard payment-processor fees.
Coach Subscriptions
Coach Subscriptions provide account-level features, including increased or unlimited access to Coach’s Clips. This subscription is separate from team upgrades.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel at any time from My Subscription within your account settings.
- After cancellation, your paid coach status remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- Canceling your coach subscription does not cancel any previously made team upgrades.
- Payments already processed are non-refundable, and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Because clip embedding depends on third-party platform permissions (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), changes made by those platforms do not qualify for refunds, as Inningly does not control those services.
