Privacy Policy

Engineered Workflows LLC d/b/a Inningly (“Inningly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a web-based application to help sports coaches organize and manage their teams (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect information in connection with your use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Coach Account Information

When you register for an account you provide your name, email address and choose a password.

1.2 Team & Roster Information

As a coach you may enter limited data about athletes on your team (for example: first name, optional last name, date of birth). We do not collect addresses, phone numbers, or direct contact information of youth athletes.

1.3 Payment Information

When you upgrade a team from Free to Paid for a single season, we use our payment processor (Stripe) to handle payment details. We also process paid coach subscriptions through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

1.4 Usage, Log and Device Data

We automatically collect certain technical and usage information — e.g., IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, session duration, timestamps — for the purposes of operating, securing and improving the Service. We may also infer approximate geographic information (such as country, state, or time zone) from IP address data for analytics, security, and service operations.

1.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, track preferences, and improve performance. See our Cookie Policy for details.

You can manage or reset cookie preferences via the ‘Cookie Preferences’ link in the site footer.

When you save a link (e.g., a social video) to Coach’s Clips, we store only the URL, and your optional tags and notes. We do not host or store the underlying video. Embedded previews are provided directly by the third-party platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) based on their own sharing settings.

1.7 Third-Party Embeds and Cookies

The Service may display embedded content from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). These platforms may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies when their content is displayed. Inningly does not control these cookies or data collection practices.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service;
- Process your upgrade payment and team status;
- Communicate with you (for example, support or account-related messages);
- Analyze usage so we can improve performance, features and user experience;
- Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:
- Service Providers: third-party vendors who help us deliver the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- Legal & Compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property or safety;
- Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred provided the receiving entity agrees to privacy obligations at least as protective as this Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not review or moderate the content of Coach’s Clips or Clip Shares. You are responsible for the links you save or distribute.

If you are a rights holder and believe that embedded third-party content appearing within the Service should not be displayed, you may submit a takedown request following the process described in our Terms of Use.

4. Youth Data & Compliance

Our Service is intended for use by adult coaches (18 +). Minors cannot create accounts. Coaches may enter roster data about youth athletes solely for the purpose of managing their team. Coaches are responsible for obtaining any required consents from parents or guardians where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and team/roster data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your information unless we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

6. Your Rights

You may have rights under applicable law to:
- Access and review information we have about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your information;
- Opt out of certain data-processing activities.
To exercise your rights, please contact us at [email protected].

7. Data Security & International Transfers

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information (for example: secure encryption, access controls, HTTPS). However, no system is 100% secure. Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where privacy laws differ from your state or country.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “effective date” above will be updated when we make significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
